Our rooms
We have twin and double rooms, each with own bathroom. Any room can be equipped by baby cot or additional single bed.

We are 2km to the village Piazze with supermarket, vinery, bar and ATM, 7km to the beautiful old town Cetona with the best restaurants, local shops, weekly grocery market and regular festivals on the central square.
Monte Cetona hill is great for hiking, roads are perfect for cycling, lake Trasimeno, hot springs and beautiful historical cities are in 30min by car.
On the territory we have a swimming pool, ping-pong table, fruit garden and a lot of chill-out spots with hammocks. Board games and bicycles are available for guests.
